Yes, my ex co-workers and I would visit for lunch. Usually, it's crowded but you can get in and out. You will get full. Good food.

This site is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. when I feel like having a fair dinner, this place comes straightaway to my mind. superb and many types of food and a rich cuisine.professional team, and pleasant vibes. Also important, the price is affordable. I suggest this place with no doubt.

I had been to the El Fenix on Beltline in Dallas several times and always had a good experience. The parking lot in Fort Worth is small and I had to wait for a space. I was seated right away and the server brought me a drink quickly. I like to relax when I dine out. I don’t want my appetizer and main entree to arrive one right after the other. My server took my appetizer order, then hovered nearby to get the rest of my order. I had barely started the main entry when she brought me my check.The restaurant was not really busy. There wasn’t a line of people waiting to be seated. But it seemed like I was being rushed. And the food was not all that great.

My family was pleasantly surprised to find this place close to where we live considering there really is not a lot for decent restaurants around here. Their chips are my favorite and I like the salsa too. Queso not so much. It does not have hardly any flavor at all.Yes the chips and dips are a huge part of how I rate a Mexican restaurant. I also like the fact that on Wednesdays they have some really good specials. For $5.99 I believe. overall the food has been good. I don’t like the fact that the manager argued with us about paying for what was supposed to be a large bowl of guacamole and only receiving a couple tablespoons. Yes I do believe in getting what you pay for And we had ordered the same thing previously and knew what the portion size should have been.After the manager coming out and basically telling us it is what it is, he finally ended up fixing it but it still made for a not pleasant experience that day. I still believe overall this place is good and worth trying.

I ordered the veggie + avocado enchiladas, my fav! My plate came out hot and the food was delicious and had no complaints! I will note, that I went with some friends and my friend ordered the brisket nachos. When she received her plate, her food was cold and they put black beans instead of refried beans. She asked the waitress they fix it. She waited a considerable amount of time to receive her food, but when she did she was pleased with how it tasted.

I love to dine for lunch at El Fenix. Lots of choices, chips and salsa are great. The lemon ice box pie feels creamy and slightly icy. Delicious

I am 77 years of age and have lived in Texas for over 50 years. I have eaten at numerous restaurants that served Mexican food. Some have been good - some have been bad. NONE can compare with the dining experience at El Fenix. They have the most marvelous chicken tortillas I have EVER eaten - I love their rice and beans! And, as insignificant as it may seem, their iced tea is the BEST ice tea I have tasted in all my life. Thank you, El Fenix, for you consistent quality, quantity and hospitality.

I've been eating at this location since I was 3 years old. It was one of the first places my parents went on a date as teenagers. This institution of delicious Tex-Mex is unchanged perfection. My sisters now take their kids there, their kids take there kids, and so it goes. I'm never disappointed. You won't be either.

I took my fiance here for dinner on our date night the food was really good the atmosphere was nice although I wish they'd play the music a little louder we had a really good time and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone their fiesta burritos are excellent

I haven't been to this location in years, and it's as great as ever. They have one of the best if not THE BEST chilireleno. My wife had the slow roasted brisket nachos and they were pretty good. We also tried to botanas platter which was pretty decent but I'd rather get a bowl of queso for the regular chips next time. Over all 5 stars. Great service and great food!

Even tho it was extremely busy and our waitress had multiple tables she still made us feel like a priority. she would often check to make sure that our food was all good, and managed to be super friendly smile when most people wouldn't. My only compliant was our food was slightly over salted but otherwise delicious.

I ate 3 fish tacos for lunch. They were good. I added jalapeños and the molcajete salsa to the tacos. I usually add at least a salsa to a dish. I like heat. The charro beans were good. The rice appeared somewhat dry.

I haven't been to an El Fenix since I was a child! It was awesome! Excellent food, fast, friendly service, and good prices! I had the lunch Fiesta Salad. I ate it too fast to remember to take a pic😂

Been going to El Fenix my entire life. I do miss the Ridgmar Mall location, but I do love this location. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and the food is always good. Today was National Nacho Day, so it has to be at the restaurant that makes the best nachos. I do miss the Tenchita Salad. Hopefully they will bring it back. Everything I've ever ordered here has always been top notch. Can't beat the salsa either!

Very elegant and accessible restaurant. They provide generous portions and for inexpensive prices. I enjoyed the menu very much and the staff were very affable and chatty. I recommend this place.

I normally love ElFenix and this lo action is awesome but their fajitas leave a lot to be desired. The dinner portion was super small and the plate was not even appetizing. I will stick to enchiladas and the wonderful Chicken Tortilla Soup.

I came in to EL Fenix On Wednesday for There Enchiladas special when the lady brought me receipt I gave her my credit card. After I looked at the receipt I notice I charge Me Too! Much I asked her work to enchiladas on Special she told me only on Wednesdays I told her today is Wednesday. I think management needs to trainer thier staff to know what day of the week it is so they know what to charge customers. I was too much in a hurry to ask for a refund but to me this is unacceptable.

TV dinner tasting food. We ordered fajitas and they were not sizzling when they arrived. Food tastes like it had been warmed up. Our server was very inattentive. Will not return to this location or any others. 👎ðŸ¾
